Every listing is signed off by a named verifier — a lawyer or licensed reviewer who checked the documents against the mapped boundary. This page is who they are.

The first verifier seats are being onboarded for the Alpha markets (VN · KR · AU · JP). Each will be listed here with their jurisdiction and review count.
What a verifier does
- Reviews the seller's deed packet (ID, ownership documents) against the mapped boundary.
- Attests on-chain — their sign-off is what lets a parcel become a marketplace listing.
- Is named on disputes — if a buyer challenges delivery, the same verifier reviews the case.
