   Trace the boundary point-by-point; area locks from GPS coords.

   Set price

   Seller sets ask USD (suggested: area × $85/m²).

   Upload KYC / deed

   Deed + government ID, contacts, disclaimer ack.

5. 05
   Lawyer visit

   Local partner reviews docs and attests after an in-person check.

6. 06
   Escrow buy

   Pay USDC.e, USDSC, or ETH on Soneium, confirm tx, keep proof in My lands.

Overlaps with existing parcels trigger a warning in Alpha — not a hard block. Minting follows lawyer verification — it is not instant.
